I've always believed that a home is more than four walls and a roof. It's where memories are made, milestones are celebrated, and generations leave their mark. Every home has a story, and there's something special about helping people become part of the next chapter.

I'm Ashley Yoder, an Ohio REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty's The Adam Jones Group, serving buyers and sellers throughout the Cincinnati and Dayton areas.

My approach to real estate is rooted in relationships, research, and a genuine commitment to the people I represent. I believe my clients deserve more than someone who opens doors or puts a sign in the yard. They deserve an advocate who asks the right questions, pays attention to the details, negotiates with confidence, and treats their goals as a priority.

But my passion for homes extends well beyond the closing table.

I'm fascinated by historic architecture, forgotten neighborhoods, and the stories of the people who came before us. Whether I'm researching century-old property records, tracing the history of a family homestead, or documenting how our communities have changed, I'm constantly reminded that the places we live are part of something much bigger than ourselves.

That passion inspired Homes With History, along with my historical storytelling projects, The Front Porch Archives and Corporate House Takeover. Through them, I explore the architecture, people, and changing landscapes that have shaped our communities.

And while historic homes hold a special place in my heart, my commitment is to helping people find the home that's right for them—whether that's a charming Victorian, their very first house, a new construction home, or a property that better fits their next stage of life.

I bring curiosity, determination, and a personal touch to everything I do. I want my clients to feel informed, supported, and confident, knowing they have someone in their corner who genuinely cares about the outcome.
